“京津冀新能源汽车供应链深度对接会”在京成功举办，实耐固展示数字化焊接创新成果
2025年11月28日，“链动未来·智汇极狐——京津冀新能源汽车供应链深度对接会”在北京亦庄北汽新能源蓝谷园区成功举行。本次活动由北京经济技术开发区管理委员会及经开区高端汽车和新能源产业局共同主办，中关村京津冀新能源汽车协同发展促进会等机构承办，北汽新能源协办，民生银行北京分行支持。作为京津冀地区汽车高端装备制造与数字化创新代表企业，北京实耐固连接技术有限公司受邀参会。
会议期间，实耐固副总经理乐君浩与北汽研究总院智能驾驶专业总师林大洋，以及来自京津冀地区的整车制造企业、核心零部件供应商、金融机构及行业专家近百人，围绕智能焊接装备，共同探讨区域新能源汽车产业的高质量发展路径。
实耐固自主研发的焊装数字化解决方案，通过对焊钳进行数字化升级，实现了焊接过程中电流、电压、电极力、水流量等关键参数的毫秒级采集与融合分析。其基于焊接压力机理打造的 ForceQ 焊点质量评判模型，可同步实现在线全自动焊点质量检测，精准识别飞溅、虚焊等缺陷，有效填补了国内乃至国际在焊装工艺数字化闭环控制领域的空白。
该数字化方案已为众多客户带来显著效益：
能效优化：通过焊接参数优化，实现单车电费降低约2元，整体能耗下降50%；
运维降本：预测性维护大幅减少停台时间，维修成本降低30%；
质量提升：焊点在线全检避免批量脱焊风险，提升生产一次合格率；
知识沉淀：构建焊接工艺知识库，有效防止因人员流动导致的技术断层。
自2019年上市以来，该产品已获得国内外近20家主流主机厂的规模化应用，并连续荣获 “中国汽车行业数字化转型解决方案优质供应商” 、“汽车创新技术大奖” 等行业权威认可。

SNG takes part in Jing-Jin-Ji New Energy Vehicle Supply Chain Conference
28/11/2025 – The "Link Future, Intelligence Arcfox – Jing-Jin-Ji New Energy Vehicle Supply Chain Deep Dive Conference" was successfully held at the Blue Valley Park of BAIC New Energy in Beijing's Yizhuang area. The event was jointly hosted by the Administrative Committee of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area and its High-End Automobile and New Energy Industry Bureau, organized by institutions including the Zhongguancun Jing-Jin-Ji New Energy Vehicle Collaborative Development Association, co-organized by BAIC New Energy, and supported by China Minsheng Bank's Beijing Branch. Beijing Sinnige Connection Technology Co., Ltd., a representative enterprise in high-end automotive equipment manufacturing and digital innovation within the Jing-Jin-Ji region, was invited to participate.
During the conference, SNG Vice General Manager, Mr. Kwanho Lok, engaged in discussions with Mr. Lin Dayang, Chief Expert of Intelligent Driving at BAIC Research Institute. Alongside nearly a hundred attendees from vehicle manufacturers, core component suppliers, financial institutions, and industry experts across the Jing-Jin-Ji region, they explored high-quality development pathways for the regional new energy vehicle industry, with a focus on intelligent welding equipment.
SNG self-developed Digital Welding Solution achieves millisecond-level collection and fused analysis of critical parameters such as current, voltage, electrode force, and water flow during the welding process through the digital upgrade of welding guns, the core execution units. Its ForceQ Weld Quality Assessment Model, based on welding pressure mechanisms, enables simultaneous online, fully automatic weld quality inspection. It accurately identifies defects like spatter and poor welds, effectively filling a gap in the digital closed-loop control of welding processes both domestically and internationally.
