▍广汽菲克工厂19亿流拍

从汽车行业关注获悉,日前,京东拍卖平台显示,广汽菲亚特克莱斯勒汽车有限公司破产清算案资产正在拍卖。其中,广汽菲克长沙工厂被拍卖,起拍价为19.152885亿元。据了解,这是该工厂首次被拍卖,但因无人出价,最终以流拍告终。

▍奥迪与上汽合作舍弃旧LOGO

据汽车之家报道,近日,据消息人士透露,奥迪与上汽集团合作的全新电动车型将不再会悬挂奥迪LOGO,做出这一决定是处于品牌形象考虑。首款车型的概念车将在11月推出,到2030年奥迪计划推出9款车型。这些计划并没有得到官方的证实,还有待后续揭晓。不过,上汽集团表示,合作的车型将会是真正的奥迪,拥有纯正的奥迪DNA。

▍奇瑞汽车推“14维降本”,对供应商采取“穿透管理”

第一财经7月29日消息,奇瑞汽车近期在公司内部下发14维度降本举措,同步要求供应商一起跟进,具体包括设计优化减少零件数量,采用集成式的零部件,减少不必要的加工、转运,提升合格率,采用新技术、新材料与新工艺,对供应商的管理由原本只是管理一级供应商下沉到对二级和三级供应商、垂直整合等。奇瑞汽车还在文件中要求,降本的同时不能放松对质量的要求。此外,奇瑞汽车还积极研究二三级部件,通过实物的实际材料消耗和设计数据的对比确认,确保产品质量及一致性,寻找优化机会。如果奇瑞汽车发现了报价更便宜的二三级部件供应商或者更便宜的材料、工艺,会要求一级供应商进行切换。报道援引一家供应商的观点,奇瑞的举措“总体上是良性的”,以逼迫供应商追求更高的效率与质量,从而系统性提升效率降低成本。但有一些维度比较“想当然”,比如废旧材料的再利用,对于废旧材料如何使用行业里早已有规范,不太可能有更大的突破。这家供应商表示,由于整车的“价格战”,所有企业都在研究如何降本,部分企业采用的办法包括削减材料的用量、减少一些工艺流程等,但是导致部分车型出现质量问题。“价格战能够倒逼整个产业链条对既往工作模式的优化,但不能突破质量与安全的底线。”

▍主流汽车合资品牌产能出现较大过剩
